The Post Traumatic Stress Center is happy to announce that it will now be providing an online training program for those wishing to advance their learning in Trauma Centered Developmental Transformations (TC-DvT).

 

Program: 8 week installments which include:

o TC-DvT theory, lectures, papers, and video examples (4 lectures);

o Individual supervision via Skype (4 1 hour sessions);

o Online forum discussions with trainers and other trainees;

o Progressively more advanced training and supervision;

o Installments that can be personally tailored to suit your training and/or work site;

o Education and supervision to count towards your DvT training.

 

Cost and prerequisites: ·$895 USD for each 8 week installment due at registration.

An introductory knowledge of DvT.

Registration: A letter of expressed interest including DvT experience.

Registration is open and ongoing although each installment is capped at 7 participants.

 

First installment (Trauma Centered Developmental Transformations: An Introduction) is set to begin in September.

 

Trainer(s): Renée Pitre, MA, RDT is a graduate of DvT and an avid playor. She has worked for 6 years at the Post Traumatic Stress Center and is currently their Director of Training and Research. She has written about the use of DvT with populations who have experienced trauma and has been a clinical supervisor for many national and international students. Other trainers include: Dr. David Read Johnson and Christine Mayor.
